Give

Giving cheerfully and sacrificially of our finances is part of our worship. As a believer our goals should not be to gain personal wealth or possessions, but to be responsible with what God has given us, and in doing so model Jesus to our brothers, sisters, and community.

All we have is God’s to begin with, if we have riches it’s because of Him. God does not need our money, but it is a test of our faith in seeing what we put our trust in. Matthew 6:21 says “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”
